### BLOOMREACH’S COMMITMENT TO CCPA COMPLIANCE

**The California Consumer Privacy Act**  
The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), gives California residents specific rights regarding their personal information and requires businesses to provide transparency about their data practices. **Our Commitment**  
Bloomreach is committed to protecting personal information and supporting our customers in meeting their own CCPA obligations. We approach CCPA compliance in two ways:

_Internal Compliance._ We maintain processes and controls to honor California residents’ privacy rights when we act as a business, such as when individuals visit our websites, attend our events, or engage with our marketing.

_Customer Support._ When we process personal information on behalf of our customers through our Discovery, Content, and Engagement products, we act as a service provider. We provide our customers with the technical capabilities, contractual commitments, and operational support necessary for their own CCPA compliance.

**CCPA Contract Addendum**  
Bloomreach’s Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) governs how we process personal information on behalf of our customers, including personal information subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”). The DPA includes our commitments as a service provider under California law.
